Shipping Policy
Your product will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after the order confirmation. You can ask for your Tracking ID on whatsapp after 48 hours. It's mandatory to film an unboxing video once you get the package.
You are requested to be available at the address during the delivery and be in touch with the delivery agent once the package is our for delivery.
If the package returns to us without any valid reason we won't be able to give you a full refund. The Package can see a delay of 1-3 days due to holidays an unforseen delays, customers are requested to be patient and contact the delivery partner for such case.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strictly don't offer return policy. We only provide replacements with a 1 year valid warranty, that too is approved after a final inspection of the product.
To Approve replacement we require proof such as an unboxing video of the product and the video of the issue the customer is facing, after reviewing both the replacement will be processed. If you don't have a valid proof your replacement would not be approved and we won't be able to help you.
So the customers are kindly required to film an unboxing video of the products when they recieved it.
